A one day course designed to help you identify what causes stress for you, practical skills on what to do to cope with the stress and strategies to enable you to achieve a happier lifestyle. A follow up session with the course tutor is included in the course fee, arranged on a 1:1 basis approximately 8 weeks after the training to offer further support.
